*** Hiding the obscure object of desire, a pleasure // Elisabeth Bakambamba Tambwe [Performance]
Elisabeth Bakambamba Tambwe © David Pujadas Bosch/Dig Up Production
This short solo performance by Elisabeth Bakambamba Tambwe is based on her latest project BEYOND THE OVERFLOW, and will be presented in January 2025 at Theater Am Werk.
What a Bordel this project is ! The staging stands out for its fusion of different performance spaces where different disciplines interact with each other. Art does its strip-tease. Everything intermingles, everything seems to interpenetrate. Body at work, body for sale…
The performer is both an art object and a place, crossed by desire and object of multiple transactions.
