*** Drei-Fach-Programm // Lombardini Quartett [Concert]

Das Lombardini Quartett, benannt nach der venezianischen Violinvirtuosin und Komponistin Maddalena Laura Lombardini Sirmen (1745–1818), wurde 2016 in Wien gegründet. Die Mitgliederinnen sind mit der historischen Aufführungspraxis vertraut und spielen in etablierten Barockensembles. Der Schwerpunkt unserer Arbeit liegt in der Wiederentdeckung und Aufführung unbekannter Werke der Frühklassik auf mit Darmsaiten bezogenen historischen Instrumenten. Wir möchten eine musikalische Brücke  zwischen dem 18. und 21. Jahrhundert bauen.

In diesem Drei-Fach-Programm ist die Idee die Richtung zu wechseln, und zeitgenössische Werke auf Instrumenten des 18. Jhs. aufzuführen.

noid /aka Arnold Haberl (*1970):  L O V E – Městský Park / Český Krumlov, May 2023 – early Evening. Eine Komposition für Streichquartett transkribiert von einer Aufnahme eines Ensembles von Vögeln die ich in den frühen Abendstunden des 8. Mai 2023 im Městský Park in Český Krumlov aufnehmen konnte.

*** Wind of a distant // Abdominal Marmalade Agency [Performance]

They; Poet, Choreographer Karine Blanche and Visual artist and stage director Julia Zastava, both based in Vienna, formed a duo, Abdominal Marmalade Agency.

Their multidisciplinary project Wind of a distant explores the intersections of sound, installation and performance possibilities. In search of emancipation from established structures and meanings, they take up the instrumental agency of dream composition where all the elements are in constant mutation, to open the space for a revelation of the unknown;  shuffling the cards of identity and cultivating a language of peace between the multitudes.

Anaïs Tuerlinckx (inside piano/string box) and Andrea Ermke (mini discs) have been playing as a duo since 2012.

They meet in their approach to the manipulation of varied sound objects and for their love of repurposing obsolete or invented musical instruments.

Their aesthetic reflects, for each, a love of material and texture, without artifice.
